RETURN POLICY
Here at Luxus Label, we understand that ordering online is not always an easy task. We want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. We are happy to accept your returns for a store credit to be used towards a future purchase.
Items returned within 10 business days of their original shipment date will be eligible for a store credit. Returns received after this timeframe will NOT be accepted.
All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will result in a 15% restocking fee or ineligibility to receive store credit.
Bodysuits, swimsuits , accessories and any items marked 'sale' are FINAL SALE.
Lux Label does not offer cash refunds but we do offer exchanges of equal or lesser value. If an item is returned, store credit will be issued for the amount of the order NOT including shipping charges.
If your item was damaged/incorrect upon receipt email luxuslabel@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the package with photo proof. Failure to do so will result in our inability to replace your item.
All items are returned to us at the expense of the customer. Please be sure to include a note inside the return package with your name, order number and reason for the return.
A tracking number for the returned package must be obtained by the customer in case the package is lost on its way back to us. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
Any returned items that do not meet our terms will be discarded upon receipt.
Please keep in mind that original shipping fees are NOT refundable and not applicable to your store credit.
