SHIPPING POLICY

We want to make sure every customer has a clear understanding of our process before placing an order. By completing a purchase, you agree to the following terms:

📦 Order Processing and Shipping

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for order processing. Processing includes payment verification, quality check, and packaging.

  • After processing, shipping takes 5 -7 business days for domestic orders. International shipping times vary and may take longer.

  • Orders that contain both a pre-order item and a ready-to-ship item will ship together once the pre-order is available. We do not split shipments for mixed orders.

  • If you want your ready-to-ship item sooner, please place separate orders.

⛔ No Cancellations

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, no cancellations are allowed under any circumstances. Please double-check your order details before submitting.

🚚 Delivery Responsibility

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. The Luxus Label is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect addresses.

  • If tracking information shows a package as “delivered,” you will need to contact the shipping carrier directly. We cannot issue refunds for packages that show as delivered.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a package is refused or returned to us, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

🌍 International Orders

International customers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply. These are not included in our pricing or shipping fees.

IF THE PACKAGE IS DROPPED OFF AT USPS OR AT THE POST OFFICE AND IT'S LOST OR STOLEN, IT IS NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY AFTER SCANNING INTO USPS IF IT'S LOST OR STOLEN, OR IF IT DOESN'T MAKE IT TO YOU OR ATTEMPTS TO DELIVER IT.
